CCW Design+Build is a licensed, design-build general contractor based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Whether we’re managing both design and construction directly, or partnering with preferred architects and designers you already trust, our role is to simplify communication and ensure everyone is aligned when decisions or changes arise.
We’re a family-owned business rooted in over 25 years of hands-on construction and woodworking experience. That background informs how we approach projects: with care for details, respect for craftsmanship, and attention to quality work.
