Founded by Javier Moreno Jr., CCW Design+Build is rooted in over 25 years of craftsmanship and service in the Tampa Bay area. We’ve evolved from a legacy of high-quality manufacturing and fine woodworking into a full-service design-build firm serving both residential and commercial clients.
Javier’s path was shaped and inspired by his father, Javier Sr., who learned the trade from his own grandfather in Cuba. After immigrating to Florida in the mid-1980s, Javier Sr. launched his own business—instilling in his son not only technical skill, but the values of integrity, excellence, and service.
After years of hands-on experience and training, Javier Jr. launched CCW Design+Build to meet a growing need he saw in the industry: a client-first approach rooted in transparency, quality, and craftsmanship. As a licensed General Contractor, he founded CCW Design+Build with a commitment to family heritage and a modern, comprehensive design-build experience.
